CALLALOO, the premier journal of literature, art, and culture of the African Diaspora, is now accepting applications for the 2016 Oxford CALLALOO CREATIVE WRITING WORKSHOP (CCWW), which will be hosted by the The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities (TORCH) at Oxford University. We invite submissions of poetry, fiction, or creative nonfiction for admission consideration for this intensive workshop held in Oxford, England, from July 10-16, 2016.
Workshop leaders for the 2016 CCWW at Oxford University include RAVI HOWARD (http://www.ravihowardauthor.com/), VIEVEE FRANCIS (http://www.poetryfoundation.org/bio/vievee-francis), and FRED D’AGUIAR (http://www.freddaguiar.com/).

Each application must consist of a brief cover letter and writing sample (no more than five pages of poetry, twelve pages of prose fiction, or twelve pages of creative nonfiction).
