A supportive and encouraging space for participants to use writing as a way to facilitate personal growth, self-expression and well-being, with exercises, prompts and reflection. The first workshop will be an introduction and taster to themes including self compassion, purpose and confidence and techniques drawn from personal experience, creative writing techniques, positive psychology and therapeutic tools.
Open to anyone who wants to bring more purpose, fulfillment, creativity into their life, and learn how to use writing and the science of positive psychology to facilitate their personal growth and self-exploraration.
Please note that it is not a therapy group and we are not trained therapists. We will provide a space to explore issues or concerns but can not offer advice.
